By booking our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Pricing: All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include taxes, fuel, and parking fees.
- Toll Fees: Toll road fees are not included. Toll use is optional and costs Rp 15,000.
- Payment:
- Payment must be made at least one day before the scheduled service (H-1).
- Payment can also be made upon arrival at the airport.
- Please note that entrance fees to tourist attractions are not included in the service price.
- Signboard Information: Please provide your flight number and full name so we can prepare a signboard for your arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or transfer are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
